So…what you’re saying is…2025 royal rumble?👀😬
Great job as always Mav!!
Atleast they let you enjoy your July the 4th Independence Day holiday before firing you.
13:00 just watchd a spike interview. He said he was meant to take 5 bombs bt had to tap after 3. He said its the only time hes tapped and feels like a bish for doin it. 😐 what? 3 full powerbombs, spikes an absolute LEGEND
Maven, where the hell do you stay with gas? 2.99 a gallon
What happened with tna? Is it still on TV
I’m 27 years old now, but when I was a kid watching you, you legitimately were starting to become one of my favourites, I always thought you were cool! And before I knew it, you were gone, I’m sure lot of other kids at that time felt the exact same way i did! In don’t know about the higher ups in the company, but the wwe universe did love you! I just feel like the company didn’t push you hard enough, that’s my two cents! Keep on prospering!
I have no friends like him... he should be mayor or governor ,,,, president,,, he can discuss and listen and negotiate
I was a fan of maven from watching him wrestle and from the story mode on wrestling games when you could be his tag partner . After 05 I lost the love for wrestling for a while myself i thought it has gotten boring and plus I moved away from my friends who i would talk wrestling with and watch it on tv ... Play the games and practice moves with. Also losing my grandma and aunt in 03 who were professional wrestlers as well, made me lose the love until i saw the briscoe brothers in ROH .
U got fired and no one else wanted to hire u🤣🤣🤣u didn’t quit🤡nice try rookie
Maven looks like dlo brown from 98
Enjoying hearing your journey.
What are you doing now?
Love this style of video. I would love to see you do this with one of the modern death match wrestlers. Seeing their thoughts on insane spots would be great. Shlak would be amazing for it
7:08 When you close your eyes, Maven sounds like Ernest P. Worrell if he was a pro wrestler 😂
great video, loved it
Reminds me of the movie, The Wrestler (2008). One of the best movies I have ever seen.
But why? When the money was great, and you loved it. What really kept you back??
Maven using this story to gain views is ridiculous. And he even claims to like new jack. Disgusting. I feel bad that he dragged Devon along for this. I'm glad new jack is gone. He sucked and so does maven. Thumbs down
Guys like Spike, Mick Foley, Terry Funk, Sabu, Sandman, Tommy Dreamer, Jon Moxley are absolutely build different. The level of pain they can take is insane
Maven is very very humble guy and His words are very logical..this man has charisma ❤💪💪
I love the way he talks and just the way he goes about conversation makes it so easy to listen to.
$800k is not bad. Considering this was back between 2001 and 2005 that $800k would be roughly $1.3 mill today due to inflation.
I’ll be honest with you, Mavo, and I would say this to your face… you’re not my most favorite wrestler - that honor belongs to Randy Savage - however, I think you’re a class act guy and wish you nothing but the best. You deserve it.
I wonder you didn't include Brock Lesnar's F5..
breaking the law and talking on the phone?
Wwe nowadays sucks it went from hell raising and carnage and adrenaline rush and addictive to a baby and kids and stupid way best example I'll give you go watch wwe from 1999 to 2004 then watch it from 2005 to 2020 big differences I honestly loved it from 1999 to 2004
I get it man. He was hurt, he felt like this place that had been responsible for his dream coming true, had kicked him in the balls and he didn't want to think about it. It took time to heal. Almost like a breakup
His voice impression, "Maven you just weren't progressing well enough in the ring....." ❤😅
I love the channel because of the important positive messages and life lessons. The Wrestling stuff is secondary. A lot of people feel the same. When you started this channel, did you ever think people would be more excited about hearing Maven Huffman's story and not the wrestling stuff? Keep up the good work my brotha!
I smell a Legends contact at some point.
Spike and Crash Holly ALWAYS Had The Best Entertaining Matches Despite them Loosing, Fans Always Cheered The Underdog
what race IS maven?
Spike is one of those tough SOB like Mick Foley.
You are "one of" my favorite wrestlers. 😁
The Tomb Stone being discussed at 13:00 is a perfect, hilarious coincidence. If it's not a coincidence, I still love the attention to detail. As for DDTs: I 100% agree it's a finisher. I've seen someone get spiked by an improvised DDT in an actual fight and, done with intent onto a hard floor, it's a move that will put someone in an ambulance. Guy that did it felt horrible afterward, but the one that got the TBI was the one that picked the fight so they ended up calling it justified self-defense.
Why does Hayley, AKA hawk tuah sounds like she's maven's neighbor and they get along 😂
Damnn dey all say brock lesnar used to put that pressure down on you ! Maven took the first F5 too that same night in the ring wen brock kept power bombing spike i remember
Let's be real you took the approach of 'the hell with them' because your gut agreed with them, you were never gonna be anything more than the feed him to that guy sort of talent the fact you lasted until July 5th 2005 is an achievement
Excellent, and very subtle, music cues. Nice touch, editor!
This is an incredible video. Truly insightful. Even if you are at the peak of the world, it's fine to make mistakes, and not to have life sorted out at your 30s. Life is a long road, and you have to be kind to yourself. I kind of had a similar situation with my medical career, where I didn't want to hear anything more of medicine or be a doctor again. But then someone makes you realize the impact you had in their lifes, and the spark reignites.
I'll tell you why in second why this is madness
With all that we know about pat patterson right now, I can strongly disagree with the sentiment that you have to be in the wrestling business for the passion. It's always the guys that are already set up. That will tell you to do things for the love of it. Instead of taking care of yourself and your family. He gave you a speech for a twenty year old kid, fresh out of college and not a grown man with bills
One day I hope I can meet maven so I can look all excited and be like “are you the guy from the HSN?!”😂
i feel like Holly stepped on it on purpose...
Homie woke up and chose to be a motivational speaker
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS MAVEN! Looking forward to meeting you in the future when you come down to SOUTH TEXAS 956 I've been home from work due to a broken arm and your videos really help me forget about that. Thank You 🙏🙏🙏
